A return to the origins, Antonio Nonino's ancient recipe meets again the softness of aging in barriques and small barrels.

Of great softness, the citrus notes subside and acquire great elegance expressed in different and enveloping notes. Initially scent of autumn undergrowth and moss which gives way to hints of sultanas and passito. Balsamic hints that balance the bitter notes of rhubarb, hints of flambéed orange and caramelized vanilla, great persistence and intensity.
