Aperitif Costa dei Trabocchi JMEF

Elegant, soft, with strong citrus notes with herbaceous and pleasantly bitter hints, the Costa dei Trabocchi Aperitif is the perfect ingredient for a spritz, a Negroni or an Americano, it is also excellent shaken with ice or drunk neat. The alcohol content of 14.5° makes it versatile in mixing and the richness of flavors and aromas are its distinctive character.

The formula of this product comes from the revisitation of a historic family recipe and from a long work of research and valorisation of herbs, fruit and flowers present on the Costa dei Trabocchi, a pinch of Adriatic sea salt gives it the right flavour.

Based on Blonde San Vito orange* and infusions and distillates of herbs and spices, among which gentian root and Italic Helichrysum stand out, this citrus aperitif has pleasantly bitter notes and appetizing aromas that blend into a rich and full-bodied product which contains in one sip the aromas and flavors of a sunny day by the sea.

Color: ruby ​​red with orange reflections.
On the nose: the evident notes of sweet orange are accompanied by a complex balance of herbs and spices, including the warm and floral notes of helichrysum.
Taste: sweet orange is the protagonist and is followed by a soft and spicy aroma, the bitterness is delicate but present and appetizing.
