Genziana with pecorino d'Abruzzo DOC wine aged over 12 months in American oak.

A numbered reserve of precious liqueur based on first choice Gentiana Lutea montana root infusion and Pecorino d'Abruzzo DOC wine aged for a long time in American oak wood.

At the first sip the Pecorino wine shows its fruity and floral notes, then you encounter a complex aroma that ranges from leather to vanilla and leaves room for a decidedly bitter finish accompanied by typical hints of boubon and anejo rum.

To best appreciate the taste it should be drunk at room temperature (18-20°).
