The liqueur version of one of the most typical digestives of the Abruzzo tradition
Liqueur based on first choice Gentiana Lutea montana root infusion.
The aromatic essences of Gentian are extracted through slow infusion of the root to best preserve its digestive properties.

At first taste it is slightly sweet, then the clean and intense taste of the root gives way to a decidedly bitter finish.
To best appreciate its unmistakable taste it should be drunk fresh (18-20°) or used as Bitter in Cocktails.
