Gin Sipsmith VJOP

VJOP stands for “Very Junipery Over Proof”: it is made in the same way as regular Sipsmith Gin, but with an addition of juniper to the original recipe; when increasing the flavor profile in a gin, it is essential to also combine it with an increase in ABV: this gin was bottled at 57.7%, using three times as many juniper berries as the original London dry. Definitely, a gin for juniper lovers.
