The "Monovitigno® - Il Merlot" by Nonino is a single vine Grappa; in fact, it comes from selected pomace of Merlot grapes. The result of artisanal distillation, it keeps all the precious peculiarities of the native variety intact. Perfect as a digestive, it is to be tried in the Merlot Mojito, a great classic of mixology added with Grappa Nonino: the result is surprising.
Crystal clear; on the nose it is a riot of rose petals and small red fruits. The taste is soft, round and does not lack freshness.
