GRAPPA NONINO The single-variety Sauvignon Blanc

Obtained from fresh pomace of Sauvignon Blanc grapes which are distilled in a discontinuous artisanal way, by cutting the heads and tails, in a copper steam still. Rests for 6 months to 1 year in stainless steel containers.

It smells of white pepper, vanilla and elderflower but also has a curious aromatic note of green pepper and tomato water. Harmonious, aromatic tasting, rich in coherent olfactory memories, it is soft but dry at the same time, completing itself with a long spicy persistence.
