Grappa NONINO RISERVA Antica Cuvée 5 Years

The renowned Nonino Riserva Antica Cuvée grappa is produced with a skilful blend of Monovitigno grappas, born from the careful selection of fine pomace, including Cabernet, Merlot and Schioppettino, 100% pure distilled separately, with an artisanal method in a discontinuous steam still at followed by natural aging. It spends from 5 to 20 years in Limousin, Nevers and Grésigne barriques and in small ex-Sherry barrels in the Nonino family's manor cellars. Production is limited and numbered, a symbol of excellent quality and refinement.

Upon organoleptic examination, this grappa from the Nonino house has an amber, bright and enveloping appearance. The scent is of great aromatic richness, hints of spices, brioche and pastries, orange and candied fruit. Warm, velvety and persistent, in the mouth it confirms the aromatic nuances with the addition of fruity notes of apricot, vanilla and almond.
