Blend of rum aged between 2 and 3 years in ex-Bourbon barrels to balance its structure. Subsequently the finish at Château du Breuil in ex-Calvados barrels, to enhance aromas and soften woody flavors while bringing depth.

Double distillation in a triple column still and natural fermentation give the taste of the distillate a delicate character.

The nose is vigorous, with notes of spices and fruit.
On the palate it offers hints of candied fruit, coffee, cinnamon, vanilla and cooked banana. Evolved and dry finish.
