The history of Stolichnaya distilleries begins on the estate estate in the Tambov region of Russia. These dark colored soils were specifically chosen for their fertility, ideal for growing very high quality cereals. The production process is accurate and very selective, only the best grain is used to be distilled three times and obtain a vodka so pure that there is no trace of methanol. The waters used are rich in minerals and the distillate is subjected to various purification processes up to the final filtering at -18 C° with a highly technological technique that guarantees its great quality while respecting the best tradition.

Elit Vodka is a spirit produced by Stolichnaya, filtered at -18°c to achieve absolute perfection. Born in 2003, it is obtained from wheat harvested solely on the Kerschinskoye estate, using cutting-edge technology inspired by ancient traditions that push Elite Vodka beyond the limits of what we have so far known as vodka.
